About me

I trained as an art psychotherapist at Roehampton University. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in educational, NHS and in the voluntary sector across London.

I am registered with Health and Care Professions Council, and I am a full member of the British Association of Arts Therapists.

Previous to training as an art therapist I worked in the charity sector supporting adults with complex needs. I also studied anthropology, film and visual arts.

Alongside my therapeutic work I also work for Action Space, as inclusive Arts organisation which supports beginning, emerging and established artists with learning disabilities by providing studio space, art materials and exhibition opportunities.

I enjoy exploring the connection between the body and the mind, including mindfullness meditation (vipassana following  S. N. Goenka's approach) and enjoy somatic and five ryhtyms dance, music and nature.
